Seventeen teleconferences were also held to consider 31 cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An ICRC plenary meeting is scheduled for April 29, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ICRC Dispositions<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The ICRC disposed of 35 cases during the 3<sup>rd<\/sup> Quarter, as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-55.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12150\" width=\"772\" height=\"360\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-55.png 959w, https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-55-800x374.png 800w, https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-55-768x359.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 772px) 100vw, 772px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">*F&amp;V: Frivolous, vexatious, made in bad faith, moot or otherwise an abuse of process, pursuant to s.26(4) of the Health Professions Procedural Code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The dispositions of these 35 cases, as they relate to nature of service, are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"975\" height=\"502\" src=\"https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-53.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12004\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-53.png 975w, https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-53-800x412.png 800w, https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-53-768x395.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 975px) 100vw, 975px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Disposition of Allegations<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The 35 cases disposed of included the consideration of 108 allegations. The ICRC took remedial action with respect to 40 (37%) of these allegations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cpbao.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/ICRC-Chart-5-cropped.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12119\" width=\"853\" height=\"578\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Health Professions Appeal and Review Board (HPARB)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>In the 3<sup>rd<\/sup> Quarter, five HPARB reviews of ICRC decisions were requested. The College received six HPARB decisions of previously requested reviews, five confirming ICRC decisions.
